Job summary

Everstory Partners in North Carolina seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery merchandise. You will assist with selections and attend services, while leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

A training period pays $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks, with uncapped commissions and earnings potential based on performance. A comprehensive benefits package is provided to full-time employees including medical, dental, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education preferred in Business, Marketing or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM (lead management) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; able to handle confidential information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.
