Job summary

Everstory Partners in Dudley, NC, seeks a results-driven Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices. You will meet with clients, sell pre-need and at-need services, and build a robust pipeline from inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.

This role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first six weeks and close collaboration with funeral home and cemetery teams to ensure compassionate customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• One year of experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Strong sales communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Guide families through purchasing decisions and complete required sales contracts.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, activities, and opportunities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
• Collaborate with funeral home and cemetery teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
