Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a full‑time Sales Counselor in North Carolina to sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. You will assist families with selections, attend services, and generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

The role emphasizes commission earnings, training support, and availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
