Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a high-profile client site in San Francisco, CA. You will oversee security staff, enforce post orders, and ensure safety and excellent service.

The role requires 2+ years of security supervision, tech-savvy, strong communication, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and executives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Military service, National Guard, or police auxiliary experience.
• Minimum one year of verifiable security experience.
• Two years of verifiable work experience with strong customer service and composure in emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and apply written orders and reports.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
• Cross-training officers to increase versatility.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Recommend security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel and performance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
