The candidate should have 2+ years of security supervisor experience at a tech site with a guard card, plus 4+ years of security experience possibly from military or police backgrounds. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years security supervisor experience at a technology or similar site with an active guard card.
• Must have 4+ years security experience with military or law enforcement background or graduate of law enforcement or military police training.
• Technically proficient and comfortable using security/workplace systems; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional demeanor; comfortable interacting with clients, visitors, and executives in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications per site post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and oversee staffing for the shift.
• Cross-train officers and optimize site operations.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction actions to management.
• Advise on security surveys and post orders and on personnel actions.
• Ensure training and screening elements meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime at minimum levels.
• Inspect security personnel performance and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll processing and incident report reviews.
