Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee a high-profile client site, directing security personnel, enforcing post orders, and maintaining safety and incident reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage staffing, training, and compliance with contract requirements. This position operates on-site at the client facility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• One of: Associate’s degree or higher; Military service; Police cadets.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable work experience with strong customer service, poise in emergencies, and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding performance of duties.
• Cross-training officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Recommend security surveys and post orders.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for officers on shift.
• Ensure that required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or a predefined level.
• Inspections to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
