Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed in San Jose. The Shift Supervisor oversees security for a high profile client’s facility, enforcing post orders and site policies. You will lead staff, coordinate training, monitor performance, and ensure contract compliance. Pay is $22.83 per hour.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and relevant security experience. State regulatory licensing may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher, military service, or police cadet experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Two years of verifiable work experience with customer service and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security personnel.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
