Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of verifiable work experience in security or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow post orders and safety procedures.
• Capable of using MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates
• Cross-training officers to increase versatility
• Suggest productivity and cost reduction measures
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met
• Maintain overtime at minimum or designated level
• Inspect security personnel performance for contract compliance
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys
• Perform other related operations and reporting tasks
