Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• Associate degree or higher or military service/Police cadet experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable security-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security personnel on shift.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or as designated by Allied Universal.
• Provide direction to subordinates and ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform other operations and related functions as needed.
