Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor (Unarmed) to oversee a shift and coordinate security services for a designated client site. The role entails supervising security officers, acting as liaison with management, and maintaining high service standards.

Pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Candidates should meet the stated requirements, including age, education, licensing where required, and a clean driving record if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
