Job summary

Allied Universal in Commerce, California is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor (Unarmed) to supervise and coordinate on a specific shift, ensuring quality service and acting as a liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+, strong communication, report-writing, ability to manage crises, a valid driver’s license, background check and drug test, and the stamina to work across varied conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication with the public.
• Must pass background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to use basic computer systems at client sites.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain logs and reports with clarity.
