Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a high-profile client site in California. The Shift Supervisor will oversee security operations, direct officers, and ensure adherence to post orders during the assigned shift.

Full-time role requiring strong leadership, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will coordinate staffing, on-site training, incident reports, and contract compliance to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline or military/police service as alternative qualifications.
• Two years of verifiable security work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to write reports.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications per site post orders.
• Direct and instruct subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity improvements and security surveys.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for officers.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met; minimize overtime.
• Inspect personnel performance to maintain service quality and contract compliance.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in security surveys and post orders.
