MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Ultra-Luxury Concierge to provide personalized, VIP experiences for hotel, casino, and convention guests. You will anticipate needs, manage reservations, and coordinate services to create remarkable memories, all while upholding Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5 Diamond standards.

As a key liaison among departments, you’ll greet guests, arrange special requests, and offer tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of VIP services/front desk/concierge experience.
• Notary and bilingual abilities preferred; industry associations encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Deliver service aligned with Ultra-Luxury, Forbes Five-Star, and AAA Five Diamond standards.
• Assist VIP guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and requests.
• Greet guests curbside, escort to lounge, and follow up after arrival.
• Coordinate special requests and celebrations across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of dining, entertainment, golf, spas, nightlife, tours, Las Vegas attractions.
• Identify executives and ensure accurate guest reservations.
