Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Concierge to elevate the guest experience from pre-arrival to departure. You will provide insider access to dining, shows, spa, and entertainment while coordinating itineraries and delivering seamless service.

Strong English communication, polished appearance, and hospitality mindset are essential in a luxury gaming resort. You will handle reservations, guest requests, and orientation of services, upholding standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain knowledge of company rules and procedures.
• Experience in luxury or gaming environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest entertainment bookings and own the concierge experience from pre-arrival to departure.
• Promote outlets and amenities by educating guests on restaurants, shows, spa, retail and pools.
• Process all guest requests and respond promptly and discreetly to inquiries.
• Provide information for events, promotions and directions regarding the casino, hotel and local area.
• Coordinate guest itineraries prior to arrival from requests via phone, fax and email.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant, spa and entertainment info including hours of operation.
