Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager Luxury Experience for Caesars Palace LV. This on-site role leads a luxury concierge team, coordinating reservations, hotel registration, and personalized guest services for high-net-worth visitors.

You will deliver Forbes/AAA standards, manage guest communications within 24 hours, plan itineraries, upsell properties, and collaborate with VIP, Front Office, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or concierge operations.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—with the ability to engage guests, executives, and partners.
• In-depth understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary service consistent with Caesar's Mission and Forbes/AAA standards.
• Contact all non-gaming Luxury Experience guests within 24 hours of a confirmed reservation and handle pre-arrival and post-departure requests.
• Respond to Luxury Experience emails within 24 hours.
• Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues promptly and follow up for guest satisfaction.
• Assist in planning itineraries for incoming luxury guests and upsell hotel products.
• Collaborate with VIP, Front Office, Casino Marketing, Security, Housekeeping, Front Services, Spa & Salon, and other departments.
