Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of guest-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; capable of working various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver personalized service to create a warm first impression.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs, walk-ins, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
• Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and requests.
• Process payments and balance cash transactions according to property procedures.
