Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a VIP Lounge Manager to lead elevated service for an exclusive VIP clientele in a luxury setting. You will oversee daily lounge operations, build and coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional standards while delivering memorable guest moments.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in VIP or guest services and 1+ year of supervisory experience in hotel operations, with preference for Forbes Travel Guide or AAA Diamond experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service, preferably VIP services, Front Desk and/or Concierge.
• One year of Supervisory/Managerial experience in Hotel Operations or Casino Marketing.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge, ensuring service standards, procedures, and guest expectations are met.
• Take operational responsibility in the absence of the VIP Operations Manager and maintain premium service levels.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team members through onboarding, training, performance management, and engagement.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning in alignment with standards and diversity commitments.
• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operating supplies within guidelines and objectives.
• Address and monitor service delivery, guest feedback, staffing levels, and operations to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with the VIP Operations Manager and cross-functional departments to support VIP events and seamless guest experiences.
