MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Front Desk Representative to deliver warm, personalized service to guests in a luxury resort setting. You will handle arrivals, departures, reservations and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and cash handling experience, be 18+, and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. MGM Resorts offers extensive employee benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of guest-facing customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with memorable service and anticipate needs.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins and arrivals smoothly.
• Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet needs.
• Process payments, post charges and balance cash per procedures.
