Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams on payroll implementations, with a strong focus on UKG Ready and Kronos Payroll Service.

You will guide discovery sessions, configure payroll systems, migrate data, and train end users while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes across multiple client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state‑specific regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Implementing and Supporting the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Migrate and Validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
