Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams, guiding payroll implementations and realizing workforce management value for clients. You will lead discovery, configure systems, migrate data, and train end users to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires hands-on UKG Ready experience, Kronos Payroll Service familiarity, and strong U.S. payroll compliance knowledge. Travel may be required as needed by client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and state regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support UKG Ready with a payroll focus.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to translate client requirements into system configurations.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure project outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones without direct PM responsibilities.
