Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and help clients realize the value of their workforce management investments, with emphasis on Payroll.

You will lead discovery sessions, configure UKG Ready, migrate data, train end users, and ensure successful outcomes while coordinating with vendors and clients and aligning with project timelines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on UKG Ready experience including Payroll
• Minimum 3 years advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

Responsibilities

• Implement UKG Ready solution with a focus on Payroll
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Migrate and Validate data during implementations
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities)
