Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and guide payroll implementations for US clients. The role emphasizes hands-on UKG Ready Payroll delivery, data migration, and end-user training, with opportunities to collaborate across vendor and client ecosystems.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of UKG Ready Payroll experience, strong U.S. payroll compliance knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll.
• Minimum 3 years advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Implement and support UKG Ready solution with Payroll focus.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate into system configurations.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure project outcomes.
