Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross‑functional teams and drive value from workforce management investments. You will guide payroll implementations, develop comprehensive payroll discovery files, and configure systems for client needs.

The role requires deep UKG Ready experience, U.S. payroll compliance expertise, and effective collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state‑specific regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Implement UKG Ready solution with a payroll focus.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Migrate and Validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third‑party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
