Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and help clients realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will guide payroll implementations and deliver end-user training across UKG Ready projects.

You will work with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes, while aligning with timelines and milestones. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UKG Ready including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• Advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance and state-specific regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substantial work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and supporting UKG Ready with focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate into configurations.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones without direct project management duties.
