Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and guide payroll implementations, focusing on UKG Ready and Kronos Payroll Service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• Minimum of 3 years advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
• Bonus points: team lead experience, offshore teammates, UKG Ready Certifications, customer escalations.

Responsibilities

• Implement UKG Ready solution focusing on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements.
• Migrate and Validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
