Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and guide payroll implementations in a dynamic, global environment. You will lead discovery sessions, configure UKG Ready and Kronos Payroll, migrate data, deliver end-user training, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Applicants should have 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready experience, strong U.S. payroll compliance knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsabilidades

• Implementing and Supporting the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Migrate and Validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities)
