Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to drive payroll implementations and realise workforce management value for clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams to configure UKG Ready, migrate data, and train end users.

Role requires deep payroll expertise, leadership, and proactive collaboration with internal and client teams. Travel may be required to meet project needs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on UKG Ready experience including Payroll.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced U.S. payroll compliance knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Implement and support UKG Ready solution with a Payroll focus.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate to configurations.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones without direct PM duties.
