Accenture seeks an experienced UKG HR Lead & Escalation Manager in the United States to partner with cross-functional teams and maximize the value of the workforce management investment. You will guide operations, improve processes, and ensure governance and compliance across client environments.

Responsibilities include delivering high‑quality solutions, rolling out new processes, conducting audits, and mentoring consulting teams while leading escalation governance meetings.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on experience with UKG Ready HR Core and Value Add Modules (Performance, Compensation, Benefits, People Analytics, ACA, and Learning)
• 3+ years advanced experience in U.S. HR compliance, including federal regulations and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience); if Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Aufgaben

• Partner with cross-functional teams to realize the value of workforce management investments
• Lead rollout of new processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows
• Conduct audits to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintain governance standards and enable administrative oversight
• Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including training materials
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to consulting teams
• Lead escalation governance meetings and ensure reporting and compliance requirements are met
