Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced UKG HR Lead & Escalation Manager to partner with cross-functional teams, guiding operations and improving processes to realize full value from workforce management investments. You will lead governance and compliance across client environments, support teams, roll out new workflows, and drive efficiency through audits.

Travel up to 100% may be required. Requirements include 3+ years with UKG Ready modules, 3+ years US HR compliance, and a bachelor's degree or

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with UKG Ready HR Core and Value Add Modules (Performance, Compensation, Benefits, People Analytics, ACA and Learning).
• Minimum 3 years advanced experience in U.S. HR compliance, including federal regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to help clients maximize value from workforce management investments.
• Guide operations, improve processes, and ensure governance and compliance across client environments.
• Lead escalation governance meetings and manage configuration, implementation, enhancements, and escalations.
