Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG HR Lead to help clients realize value from workforce management investments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to guide operations, improve processes, and ensure governance and compliance across environments.

The role requires hands-on UKG Ready HR Core experience, strong U.S. HR compliance knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready HR Core and Value Add Modules (Performance, Compensation, Benefits, People Analytics, ACA, and Learning)
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. HR compliance, including federal regulations and best practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Supporting and enabling team members to deliver high-quality solutions
• Leading the rollout of new processes and identifying opportunities to improve existing workflows
• Conducting audits to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintaining governance standards and facilitating administrative oversight
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
