Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Cisco Unified Communications Specialist to design, install, support, and upgrade UC infrastructure. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot VoIP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with hands-on UC/Cisco experience.
Minimum two years of hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking, Cisco Unified Communications or other collaboration platforms.
Minimum one relevant industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for UC platforms and escalate as needed.
Perform daily monitoring of UC systems and endpoints for performance and uptime.
Collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams on issues.
