Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Regional Business Director, Elios, to lead a field-based sales team across a defined geography in the United States. You will drive market adoption, develop talent, and build crucial relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and health-system leaders.

The ideal candidate has ophthalmic surgical experience, proven sales leadership, and a track record in glaucoma/MIGS, with willingness to travel 25%–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years ophthalmic surgical industry experience.
• Sales leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with glaucoma and MIGS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a field-based sales team across a defined region.
• Drive regional execution of strategy to accelerate adoption and revenue for the Elios platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with ophthalmic surgeons, ASC leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Forecasting, territory planning, and opportunity management to drive market growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, and Sales Training to support execution.
