• Proven BDC management experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop two rooftop teams.
• Experience with CRM systems and internet lead management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate BDC teams across two dealership rooftops.
• Drive appointment setting, lead conversion, and customer retention.
• Monitor CRM activity and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with General Managers to develop strategies and achieve goals.
• Implement consistent processes, training, and accountability across both locations.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction.
