Lithia & Driveway is seeking an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead BDC operations across Buick GMC of North Miami and Hyundai of North Miami. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, maximizing lead opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences at two dealerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven BDC management experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.


• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.


• Experience with CRM systems, internet leads, and customer engagement.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.


• Ability to oversee operations at two dealerships while delivering measurable results.


• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
