Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase is seeking a BDC Manager to lead the BDC team and optimize customer interactions across phone and internet channels. The role emphasizes developing a robust follow-up process and reporting on performance metrics.

Flexible schedule required including evenings, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred. A valid driver's license is required to support dealership operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience as an automotive internet/BDC manager.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage BDC team members.
• Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.
• Ability to multi-task to manage phone & internet traffic.
• Managing assignment of leads to the appropriate team members to optimize results
• Training team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills.
• Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
