Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase, part of Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), is hiring for Sales BDC Administrators to support high-volume customer interactions. The role emphasizes building customer relationships, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate CRM data across multiple channels.

You will contribute to a team focused on customer care, continuous training, and career growth within Lithia & Driveway. A reliable attendance record and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
