Hyundai of Greenville is seeking a motivated Internet BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and drive dealership growth. The ideal candidate will develop people, improve processes, and convert internet and phone inquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize lead conversion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership sales experience required.
• Prior BDC management or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong telephone, communication, customer service, and appointment-setting skills.
• Experience with automotive CRM systems, internet lead management, and follow-up processes.
• Proven ability to track performance metrics and improve conversion results.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to team development.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Internet BDC team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Manage all incoming internet leads, phone calls, website inquiries, and third-party lead sources.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, including response times, contact rates, appointment-setting rates, show rates, and sold conversion.
• Ensure timely, professional, and consistent follow-up with every sales prospect.
• Monitor CRM activity, lead distribution, follow-up tasks, and pipeline management to ensure accountability.
• Develop effective phone, text, and email strategies to increase customer engagement and appointment opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales Managers and General Manager to maximize lead conversion and dealership sales.
• Review team performance regularly, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans.
• Maintain a customer-first approach while ensuring compliance with dealership policies and applicable communication regulations.
• Help create a positive, competitive, and accountable team environment focused on results.
