Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification, and oversee turnover activities from construction through CQV handover, ensuring quality and timely completion.

You’ll read P&ID’s and drawings, standardize turnover processes across sites, and collaborate with construction quality teams to drive punch list closure and successful project turnover.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years turnover experience on pharma/biotech or data center projects
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients
• Supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination
• Onsite for duration of work; able to spend continuous hours on active site
• OSHA 10 Certification; GDP familiarity
• Experience standardizing turnover programs across multiple sites
• Ability to read P&ID's, line diagrams, and CSA drawings
• Willingness to travel between project sites

Responsabilidades

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems on a live construction site
• Coordinate walkdowns and drive punch list closure with subcontractors and clients
• Develop turnover plans and ensure transfer of care to CQV team per P6 schedule
• Utilize ACC platform for punch lists, testing reviews, and turnover packaging
• Collaborate with construction controls and CQV teams to ensure quality and timely turnover
