Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team through field verification, documentation, and turnover to the CQV team, guiding subcontractors, clients, and construction personnel to complete pre-commissioning tasks and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with CQV, reading P&ID drawings, and standardizing turnover processes across sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech projects, Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience in a supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to read P&ID's, line diagrams, panel layouts, and CSA drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems on active construction sites.
• Coordinate turnover activities and ensure completion of pre-commissioning tasks.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites and align with CQV team and P6 schedule.
• Collaborate with field Quality, subcontractors, and client personnel to resolve issues.
