Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to prepare vacant apartment homes for market, perform repairs, inspect and seal around fixtures, and completeMake-ready tasks. You will also assist with grounds, cleaning, and general upkeep across properties and document work orders in a timely manner.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with an hourly pay range of $20.00–$22.00. Onsite housing discounts may be available for onsite teams.

Qualifications

• Repairs and maintenance of apartment homes to make-ready condition.

Responsibilities

• Completes make-ready repairs and improvements to apartment homes.
• Inspects and repairs caulking around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Performs touch-up painting and general cleaning of common areas.
• Maintains grounds, exterior areas, and amenities; handles minor repairs to reduce replacements.
• Completes required maintenance documentation and safety trainings.
