Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure vacant apartment homes are turn-ready by performing repairs, painting, sealing, and other make-ready tasks. You will work under the supervision of the Service Supervisor and Community Manager to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.

The role involves hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor settings, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in completing repairs and improvements to apartment homes.
• Ability to inspect and repair sheetrock, caulking, and sealing around windows and fixtures.
• Experience with touch-up painting and maintaining common areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Ensure units are sealed and caulked as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting and minor repairs as directed.
• Assist with maintenance of grounds, corridors, and amenities.
• Follow safety policies and attend trainings as required.
• Complete make-ready checklists and maintain documentation.
