Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure vacant apartments are brought to market-ready condition. You will perform mechanical work, caulk and seal around windows and fixtures, and handle touch-ups and repairs as directed by the Service Supervisor.

The role includes completing make-ready checklists, maintaining safety standards, and supporting cost-control by using materials efficiently. This on-site position requires a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating on-call duties at the

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and completing make-ready tasks.
• Able to caulk, seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs.
• Able to perform touch-up painting and basic repairs as directed.
