Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and make-ready tasks in residential settings.
• Ability to follow make-ready checklists and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair as needed.
• Touch-up paint for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by fixing parts rather than replacing.
• Complete make-ready checklist and required documentation.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with safety policies.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance requests.
