Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure vacant apartment homes are turned over to market-ready condition. You will perform repairs, inspect and seal around windows, and assist with make-ready checklists.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. You will support safety training and maintain documentation to uphold Greystar’s standards.

Qualifications

• Performs repairs and make-ready tasks to prepare vacants.
• Inspects and caulks around windows and fixtures as needed.
• Performs touch-up painting as directed by supervisor.
• Must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Completes repairs to apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
• Caulking/sealing around windows, sinks, fixtures.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs as needed.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, assists with cleaning.
• Supports cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts.
• Completes maintenance documentation and safety training.
• Responds to resident questions and maintains service quality.
