Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean, with strong emphasis on golf and turf products. You will manage distributors, develop and execute business plans, and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and leadership to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline. MBA preferred.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in the oral and written form.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise in product/features and customer benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional sales presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.
• Collaborative, results-driven team player.
• Proven conflict management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple demanding projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment and provide leadership to sales staff.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and projection plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Support distributors and drive product training for enhanced sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve divisional goals.
• Travel as necessary (about 50%).
• Report to the Vice President – International Division.
