Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean, with a strong emphasis on golf and turf markets. You will manage distributor relationships, develop cross-functional strategies, and lead diverse teams to meet ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and executing market development initiatives while coordinating with Customer Care and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing with multiple distribution channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with the sales team.
• Coach, mentor, and lead sales staff; conduct mid-year and year-end reviews.
• Lead annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections for product groups.
• Identify new market opportunities and manage distributor development.
• Provide leadership to regional sales teams and cross-functional partners.
