Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role leads the sales team, develops regional plans, and nurtures distributor relationships to grow market share and product adoption in golf, turf, and irrigation lines.

Candidates should bring 10+ years of sales & marketing leadership, advanced Spanish, and strong strategic planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• 10+ years of sales & marketing with multiple channels of distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.
• Collaborative, results-driven team player with conflict management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with the sales team.
• Coach, mentor, and lead sales staff; conduct mid-year and annual reviews.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections for product groups.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Support distributors with training, visits, and new product introductions.
• Evaluate distributor performance and ensure alignment with goals.
• Travel approximately 50% to cover designated markets.
• Report to the VP – International Division; build strong relationships with customers.
