Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will lead sales plans, coach teams, and manage distributor relationships to expand market share in golf, turf, irrigation and related products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA preferred), 10+ years in sales/marketing across distribution channels, excellent Spanish communication, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline. MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience with multiple channels of distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Subject matter expertise in product/features and customer benefits across product lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for complex matters and negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.
• Strong data-based analytical skills for programs and promotions.
• Collaborative, results-driven team player.
• Proven conflict management skills and influence at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Team to develop sales plans per each business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Complete Mid – Year reviews for each team member.
• Complete end of year reviews for each team member.
• Develop and execute annual business plans that achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and projection plans for all product groups.
• Identify new business opportunities focusing on market segments.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with Customer Care; provide technical sales support.
• Keep current on turf industry and competitive products.
• Provide work direction for sales managers, reps, staff and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate goals, policies, and strategies with regional employees.
