The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will lead sales strategy for golf, turf, irrigation, and parts, while managing distributor relationships and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's (MBA preferred), fluency in Spanish, and 10+ years in sales/marketing with P&L experience. Expect travel up to 50% and a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in oral and written form.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop a high level of subject matter expertise in product/features and customer benefits across product lines.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills for professional sales presentations and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales plans per business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Complete mid-year and end-of-year reviews for each team member.
• Develop and execute annual business plans that achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for all product groups in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities focusing on developing market segments.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with the Customer Care team; provide technical sales support for turf and golf markets.
• Lead distributor development and training; evaluate distributor performance and drive improvements.
• Travel as necessary (approximately 50%).
