The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop and implement sales plans, lead distributor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow the golf and turf segment in the region.

Travel approximately 50% and report to the Vice President of the International Division. A Bachelor's in business/marketing is required; an MBA is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing (discipline).
• MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years in sales & marketing with multiple channels of distribution.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Subject matter expertise across product lines and customer benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.
• Collaborative, results-driven team player with conflict-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections for regional product groups.
• Identify new market opportunities and segments within LATAM & Caribbean.
• Provide leadership to sales managers, reps and cross-functional teams.
• Support distributor channels with training, promotions and product launches.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal partners; travel ~50%.
